Don’t beat yourself up too bad. You got a nice smoke ring there so someone told you to use mesquite right? The bark looks nice in theory. Idk … i feel like maybe the stall got you or maybe you took it to a higher temp than needed versus poking the thing to feel when it’s done. Just keep at it, you’ll get it! That’s a pretty good first try imo.
